I have had the pleasure to have heard of and dealt with Sen Obama since his days in the Illinois Statehouse and I can say with conviction that he is a friend of labor. He is consistantly “on the side of angels” when it comes to labor issues. He marched on picket lines in and around Chicago even when it wasn’t fashionable. I have only met him in person once, but, he struck me with his zeal to help the working man and woman in this country. I am proud to have him as one of my Senators and think that he would make a great President. I have to admit that I like most of the Democratic candidates, but, Obama is my number one choice.

His good friend of 17 years Rezko is on trial for fraud, money laundering and a number of other issues. He was Senator Obama’s campaign finance committe member, and Obama wrote letters to the City of Chicago persuading them to give Rezko million of dollars in contracts to refurbish low-income apartments all over the city. Today 11 out of 18 are all boarded up and run down and the people who lived there had to find other means of housing. Senator Obama’s first boss who was an attorney is one of Rezko’s partners. The city is out of that money and the people aren’t any better off. With friends like that, who needs enemies.

Yes, I guess he would be good for labor, but also wants to add more goverment, oh, and is againts ALL semi-automatic weapons. Having money is nice, having freedom is better… Thats why I changed from Barack Obama to Ron Paul…

I think it should also be mentioned that Senator Obama purchased a $1.65 million dollar Mansion with the help of Tony Rezko, and on the very same day Rezko’s wife purchased the lot next to Obama’s Mansion for $625,000.00 with a cash down payment of $125,000.00 .The Bank who handled both transactions is The Mutual Bank of Harvey,Ill; which is owned by: Amrish Mahajan a long time friend of Rezko. Apparently,Obama comes with a lot of Baggage ! If you have been seeing His Ads lately saying he “Don’t take money from the Oil Companies, etc”? That’s BS and insults America’s intelligence ! Obama has taken over $160,000 from Oil and Gas Companies;Infact ,two of His major Bundlers for His Campaign are: George Kaiser and Robert Cavnar who are Oil Company CEO’S! Exon, Shell,BP,Chevron, are Contributors to Obama’s Campaign ! Just last month Obama accepted another $8,400.00 from Exon Mobil, $12,370.00 from Chevron, and $6,500.00 from BP! This believe me, is just a “small portion” of Senator Obama’s “Baggage” and this is not my idea of what we need for Our next President ! America has had enough “BS” from Our Politicans and WE need Somebody for US and the US. God Bless Our Union’s ! Chick D; local #500 ret.

In Barack’s ‘Bitter…’ speech of recent, he referred to people’s ‘Anti-Immigrant Sentiment’ . If Barack Obama (or ANY other candidate) doesn’t know the difference between ‘Anti-Immigrant sentiment’ & ‘Anti-ILLEGAL Immigrant Sentiment’, then I don’t want them as my president. We are NOT an Anti-Immigrant Nation! We are an ‘OBEY OUR LAWS’ Nation. So, STOP IT, ALREADY!!! If still confused, then look up ILLEGAL in the Dictionary, or better yet, go burglarize some store and find out 1st hand what ‘illegal’ means.
