If you are in the Washington. D.C., area and want to make your voice heard on health care reform, here’s your chance.

Tomorrow, President Obama will be a hosting a National Forum on Health Care webcast. Health care activists, union members, community and faith groups will gather near Capitol Hill to show their support for health care reform.

The informal rally is set to take place between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. EDT in South East along New Jersey Avenue and D Street. Please bring signs supporting quality and affordable health care for all.

A large contingent of reform opponents, including many from the same groups who conducted the “shout downs” that are disrupting the congressional health care town hall meetings around the country, also are expected to be on hand.

Come get a firsthand look at what our brothers and sisters across the country have been dealing with and let’s Take Back the Town Halls.

Neither an individual nor an organization nor a nation can call itself Christian and be opposed to healthcare for all.

I am a retired Ernst & Young Partner and an International Employee Benefit and Healthcare specialist. I have just listened to Mr. Trumka on CNBC and I want to congratulate him on the first really truthful comments on Healthcare I have seen on TV.
I have been writing paers on healthcare reform and working with a grassroots organization Georgia Health Decisions for over 20 years.

I would be honored to offer my expertise and voice to your healthcare strategy. I really know this stuff!!

    Congratulations to Mr Trumka again.

I’ve been trying to e-mail these comments and experience to Richard Trumka or his staff. WOW, I can e-mail Presdent Obama, but the contact is hidden for Mr. Trumpka or his staff is hidden!

Please pass this on to Richard Trumpka’s staff.

      Dear Sir:
I have never been a huge fan of labor, but I was extremely impressed with your interview on CNBC Europe, today. As an American earning over $250K, I can easily afford the $1,500 a month I pay for health insurance. I have for many years been disgusted with the “blood sucking” health insurance companies and their legions of lobbyists and the “zombie” representatives who they feed $$$ and perks to. It is sad that America is in last place, and that Fifty million of our citizens, through no fault of their own, are not insured. I have also seen people I know, who died early without proper medical treatment, by this “for the profit of the health insurance companies and their officers, system!
      That is so sad.
As an American of Greek ancestry, we travel there 2-3 times a year. I hate to admit it, but the Greek government is probably the most inefficient, red tape laden, patronage loving government of any in the EU.
Last Saturday I suffered a slip in a boating accident and hit my head and was in severe pain. My friends rushed me to a Health Center, which is located in most cities over 25,000.
There were 12 people ahead of me, with various problems, none life threatening. I was seen by the courteous staff of nurses and a doctor, who gave me a 10 minute exam, and recommended I go to one of the 2 hospitals in the area, if I wanted MRI’s, etc. I did not and was releived. The staff was wonderful, caring and they treated eveyone with respect. They only asked my name and NEVER ASKED HOW I WAS GOING TO PAY FOR THIS…THERE WAS NO CHARGE!

Sir, Please continue the fight and do not allow the Republicans to sit on their hands and feed everyone the outrageious lies I have seen on TV. It makes me want to explode!

I am proud to see such an articulate spokesman for this just cause from the AFL CIO.

Very Warm Regards, and again thanks.

Out in the grassroots, workers are mighty angry at the thought their health care benefits could be taxed in a health care reform plan.
