Thats a relief. While I agree the term death panel is an over reach, much like this whole health reform thing. I'm still a little,actually a lot concerned about the medicare advisory board thing. What exactly is that? Why did those democrats that were having a love affair with protect it from future regulation with a super majority of 67 votes? How is that right? Shouldn't we look into this before we just accept that these fine people would never do anything to harm us. NAFTA anybody? Whew! Thats a relief.
