Pa. Gov. Corbett: Walker, Kasich FAIL
How does a top Republican operative describe grand gubernatorial failures? Four words: Scott Walker, John Kasich.
A recent memo from Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett’s (R) deputy chief of staff Luke Bernstein to other top staff and supporters says that in discussing Corbett’s first year in office, they should compare his “successes” to failures of other first-year governors, including Walker and Kasich.
In the internal memo obtained by the Harrisburg Patriot-News, Bernstein writes that Walker, after pushing through a bill to take away the collective bargaining rights of public employees, “faced tens of thousands of protesters camping out at the state Capitol for weeks.” He also points out Walker “faces a possible recall in 2012.” For Ohio’s Kasich, the memo notes he barnstormed through a controversial collective bargaining law similar to Wisconsin’s, which voters “resoundingly defeated.”

The right is destroying America.The so called left you are always speaking about , does not have the numbers or power to do anything. It is the average ordinary Americans like myself who are trying to overturn , and prevent the tyranny to ordinary Americans. We are patriotic Americans ,who have served in the Armed forces and other capacities for America. We are not left wing , or right wing. We are the people who keep this country running. We are the ones , who do the actual work , and perform the services for America.. We expect to enjoy the freedoms guaranteed to us by the Constitution , and Bill of Rights, which are now being trampled by huge corporations ,who are being afforded the rights of American citizens.

I was a left winger. I started thinking and I have changed . I have decided the left is destroying our country. The left has no common sense. They kill jobs because of their ideology. They eliminate the unborn. They are against guns. They hate corporations. They want to raise taxes all the time. They show weakness to our enemies by cutting the military. Most of their programs they love are going broke because they have the government running them. They have no new ideas . The same old big government BS will solve all our problems. That is what this excuse of a president believes in. As you see after three years we are economic mess and our enemies grow stronger. Fox? I listen to radio. How come no one says anything about the other networks? I know. They are all liberal .

The man that didn’t concern Mr. Bush anymore and whom he hardly ever thought about, the greatest terrorist of all Osama Bin Laden will never walk this earth again. That was accomplished under this Presidents watch. That is a fact that no Republican can spin and change. Under his watch numerous other feared terrorists have been eliminated. That is another promise he kept.
You talk as if not one corporation is owned by a liberal leaning person. Sorry to disappoint you but Republicans are not the only ones in this country that know how to make money and hire workers. We go to school and receive business degrees just like Republicans do. I will put my intelligence against yours any day. As a matter of fact I will put your intelligence against almost all the others on this site.
The Democrats cannot destroy something that the Republicans had already destroyed. When Mr. Bush came into office he came in with a surplus and the economy in much better shape than when he left. We were bleeding jobs and were almost on the verge of of losing some of our largest manufacturing companies due to his policies. We are now gaining jobs every month and are finally digging our way out of all the manure that he left President Obama to clean up. I for one do not think the American people are so blind and forgetful that they will put some one back in charge who will enact the same policies that brought us to our knees in the first place. Mitt Romney will not create jobs he doesn’t know how. All he knows is to eliminate jobs to line his own pockets. How do you think a man who bull dozes his ten million dollar mansion because it is not big enough while millions of ordinary people are losing their homes has anything in common with the majority of people in this country?
The Democratic Party DOES NOT eliminate the unborn. They are just trying to do what the Republicans go around yelling that they want to do. GET GOVERNMENT OUT OF EVERYBODY LIFE that is unless it is your ideology. Then it’s alright to stick your nose where you have no business. You told someone on this very page that we believe government has the right to control your life by making it more intrusive. Isn’t that exactly what your party is doing when it tells a woman she must carry a fetus even if it will killl her? I am once again telling you it is none of your business how we believe or what we do in OUR own personal lives. Keep your nose where it belongs. By the way if your party is SO… concerned about babies then why is your party constantly passing laws to take away their food and shelter once they are here? There is only one network that has a political agenda, and that is Fox.They are the only ones who broadcast everything with their own political slant. The news stations I listen , just present the news . They don’t preach a political philosophy of any kind

I support worker rights to organnize labor unions, Social Security, unemployment benifit extentions, welfare benifits for the poor, education grants, enviroment protection, and job safety. I support gun ownership by non-crimminal and properly licensed citizens(sportman’s rights). I do not support free-trade policies, and I do not want to do any business with atheist, pagan, and anti-christ peoples(I do not like having to buy Chinese made products). I do not support gay marriages, and I do not support abortion rights unless the pregnacy is medically dangerous for the mother. So don’t call me a sissy no-count leftist fink. Most of what you favor is not what what the left believes. They believe in abortion,gay marriage,and are anti gun. They also believe that government has the right to control your life. They do it by making government bigger and intrusive.
I am going to touch on just one of sweartogod’s right wing distortions. The Republicans were in power during Hurricane Katrina when security forces hired by the G. W. Bush Administration went into people’s homes in New Orleans and confiscated their guns. NRA spokesman, Wayne LaPierre was livid with the Bush administration for violating gun owner’s Second Amendment rights and for betraying the trust the NRA and the Republicans used to share. I defy sweartogod to name one Democrat administration who took guns away from law abiding U.S. citizens. Guns, Gays and Abortion. It’s the same old b.s. righties hang their hats on every election cycle. It’s time for some new material.
The left agenda is to take away your right to own firearms. Some states have already done that by making a crime to own a gun. All the states and cities that have done that are run by democrats. Corporations create jobs. I do not care if they do not love me. Just give me my paycheck. The government run by democrats does not love me. all they do is take my money away every week and lie about everything. Corporations do not take my money away like government does. Government main job is to protect the country from foreign enemies and not to tell me how to live. The smaller the government the better it will be.

President Obama was the president , and Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces. He is responsible for capturing , and killing Bin Ladin. You can bet if the mission failed , you would have given him credit for failure..You do not have any more intelligence about what transpired than any other American. He did what President Bush was unable to do , without starting 2 wars , and causing thousands of deaths , and many thousands of injured and maimed Armed Forces.

So much hate. No one is perfectly wrong or right. I love corporations – and I love labor unions. They, like all of us, should aspire to work for each other’s mutual benefit. A corporation need not love me – but I would expect it to treat and pay its workers to obtain better worker performance. Workers should perform their best in order to obtain better living/working standards. When that relationship breaks down either unions are formed or unions are locked out. Animosity achieves nothing. The old saying is, “Given the choice between being loved or feared – I’d rather be feared.” Well….I”ve been feared. And trust me, love is infinitely better.
I know there are intelligent people on this site…but sometimes that belief is challenged.

Sorry to disappoint you sweartogod but you are wrong again. (what’s unusual about that?). Our Democratic governor of Michigan signed a right to carry bill before she left office. Sounds like she wanted to take your guns doesn’t it? She was even willing to let you carry one in public. Democrats DO NOT want to take YOUR guns( that is if you are not a criminal) They just want to get them out of the hands of criminals and if you care about your families that should be what Republicans want also.
